    Fore September Session: Early Registration Tuition Fee is $695 + HST if registered BEFORE August 19, 2011. AFTER Aug. 19, 2011, Registration Tuition Fee is $795 + HST.

  • Early Registration Tuition Fee for the 4-day Module is $695 CDN (or USD), plus HST (13%) if registered BEFORE May 23, 2011.

    Registration, along with a $100 non-refundable deposit, must be received 30 days prior to the training date. The remaining balance is due on or before the first day of class.

    Tuition is $795 plus HST (13%) if registration is AFTER May 23, 2011.

    The following information is required for NEW applications:

    • A current professional Biography and Curriculum Vitae (resume) including any professional training you have completed, your background, work history and if you work independently or under supervision. Include approximately how many clients you see per week. **
    • A one page biography describing your experiences in healing trauma, professionally and personally. **
    • Have you had any grievances, complains or actions upheld against you for misconduct as a professional by any licensing, regulating or associative body? ___ Yes ___ No (answer in form itself) If Yes, please provide full details and copies of relevant information.
